While it takes a long time for others to undergo bodybuilding and develop bulky muscles worthy of competition and publicity, former glamor model Jodie Marsh did it in only 2 months with the help trainer Tim Sharp.

Sharp made Jodie undergo a grueling bodybuilding regimen in eight weeks that included a very strict diet and tough exercise routines. She was made to rest and avoid night outs and alcoholic drinks. With that, she is now size 6 from her original size 10. According to Jodie: “In just 50 days I have gone from 25 per cent body fat to 10 per cent body fat, gained 8 pounds of muscle, and lost 20 pounds of fat. In 8 weeks I have achieved what normally takes 6 to 9 months. This is the best I’ve ever felt, and the best my body has ever felt too.”

Why did Jodie Marsh get into bodybuilding?
Jodie joined the Natural Physique Association (NPA) Mike Williams Classic and Pro-Am Bodybuilding Championships that were held in Sheffield last September 2011. Although she only landed fifth place, she was very happy with the results, especially that she only worked out for eight weeks. And she plans work even harder and cinch more laurels in this field.

Well, with her dedication it is quite sure that Jodie Marsh will certainly become a great bodybuilder.

She’s fallen into the trap of just going far too far! Its very easy for a girl to start to look like a boy when they pile on the muscle like this

well, I guess that is Jodi’s idea of beauty. i am not really into it either but I guess there is a sense of satisfaction in achieving a muscled look for some women.
