Weighty Matters Info
Weighty Matters used to be just a chronicle of my weight loss efforts, which was extremely frustrating because I couldn't maintain it--both the blog and the weight loss thing. So instead, I have transformed my thinking (and this blog) so that it will not only deal with weight loss but also with all important health issues that we face. This is now my journal not just to lose weight but to keep it and to maintain good health. Hence, the name of this blog still applies. After all, all health issues are weighty matters.Subscribe via Email
